The American Platinum Eagle serves as the official platinum bullion coin of the United States, with each coin’s weight, purity, and metal content fully backed by the U.S. government. Introduced in 1997, this series has maintained a consistent obverse design, while proof editions feature annually changing reverse designs.

Designed by John Mercanti, the obverse highlights a close-up depiction of the Statue of Liberty, with her gaze set toward the future. The inscriptions include "LIBERTY", the year of mintage, and "In God We Trust." The reverse presents a striking image of a bald eagle in flight, accompanied by inscriptions denoting its purity, weight, metal content, and "United States of America."

These coins are minted at both the Philadelphia Mint and West Point Mint. Each purchase will include a randomly selected year, based on availability at the time of fulfillment. All coins are guaranteed to be in Brilliant Uncirculated condition.
