Lady Liberty, modeled after Anna Willess Williams, is depicted wearing a Phrygian cap adorned with wheat and cotton—symbolizing liberty, agriculture, and American prosperity. The design is framed by E PLURIBUS UNUM, thirteen stars, and the date.

Reverse:
