Queen Elizabeth II is on the obverse of 2022 Proof Cook Islands Silver Burst 2.0 Coins. Her Late Majesty is shown here in right-profile relief wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland Tiara. This design was created in 1998 by Ian Rank-Broadley for the Royal Mint and was widely used throughout the Commonwealth.
A male figure is featured in the reverse design of 2022 3 oz Proof Silver Burst 2.0 Coins. This year’s design in the series offers a similar visual to the debut issue in 2021. The primary differences noted this time around includes a male figure for the face that is set in left-profile relief.
